产品概述：

顶旺内墙防潮防霉腻子是由采用多种优质天然粉料及特种添加剂复合而制成的室内用腻子，具有粉体细腻、洁白、防霉透气等优点，与基面粘结力好，表面易打磨、上漆，适用于室内墙面和顶面的抹面找平处理。

适用范围：

●用于室内墙面、天花的粉饰和抹灰；

●多种无机质底材，如混凝土、轻质混凝土、预制件、中空砌体、抹灰和石膏板表面。

●室内专用，防潮防霉；

●表面强度高，不起粉，不脱皮；

●粘结强度高，适用于各种水泥底材；

●易打磨，易上漆。

基面处理：

1.墙面必须干净，无浮尘、油渍、青苔及其它污垢物，且墙面必须平整结实，无空鼓，必要时使用水泥砂浆进行找平处理；

2.新墙需待水泥砂浆抹灰层充分硬化后（抹灰约7天），方可进行顶旺内墙防潮防霉腻子施工；

3.旧墙面处理干净后，建议采用界面剂进行处理后，再进行批刮施工。

施工方法：

1.先按比例将清水加入桶中，20kg顶旺内墙防潮防霉腻子可以加水7.6-8.0L，然后一边搅拌一边慢慢加入顶旺内墙防潮防霉腻子，充分搅拌直至浆料均匀、无结粒，推荐使用低速电动搅拌机进行搅拌，效果更理想。

2.刮2层顶旺内墙防潮防霉腻子所达到的墙面平整度可满足一般要求。若对平整度有特别要求，则需3-4层；

3.最后一层顶旺内墙防潮防霉腻子施工完毕后，在1-2天后进行打磨。打磨后将墙面粉尘清扫干净。

参考用量：

每1mm批刮厚度，顶旺内墙防潮防霉腻子的用量约为1.2-1.5kg/㎡，材料消耗量取决于基层平整度及腻子批刮厚度。

清洁：

在干固前，用拧干的湿布抹掉相邻材料表面残留的顶旺内墙防潮防霉腻子，所有工具和设备可用清水清洗干净。

注意事项：

●施工温度应为5℃-35℃；

●切忌将已干结的浆体拌水后再用；

●涂刷涂料钱，请先使用抗碱底漆；

●为避免腻子粉收缩过大，出现开裂和脱落，一次批刮不要太厚，厚度控制在0.5-1.0mm

保质期：

原装密封产品，存放于通风干燥货架上，在正常贮存、运输条件下，保质期为一年。

DESCRIPTION

A highly compatible cementitious filler specially designed for ease of plastering and rendering to all mineral surfaces, such as concrete, lightweight concerete surfaces, precast units, hollow blocks, rendered surfaces, and gypsum boards.

USES

●For ease of plastering and rendering work to internal wall and ceiling;

APPLICATION

1.Mix approximately 7.6-8.0 liters of water to a bag of Skim coat Finish. Mix to desired consistency and allow standing for 10 minutes then remixing befor using. All mixing equipment and container used must be clean and dry. Use a slow elecrtical mixer to achieve a batter mix result.

2.The flatness can be reached by 2 layers. If want to get special request, the coats needed 3-4 layers;

3.Polishing the coat in 1-2 days after the final coat finished, the clean the surface.

4.Cure the skim coat by spraying clean water in dry, hot or windy weather condition.

COVERAGE

Apply at the rate of 1.2-1.5kg/㎡ for 1mm layer depending on the area of application.

CLEANUP

Remove any excess putty from face of neighboring materials with a damp cloth befor it dries. Likewise all tools and equipments are easily cleaned off with water.

PRECAUTIONS

1.Temperature range for use 5-35℃;

2.Do not add water to unused Skimplas which has begun to set;

3.Painted whiskering resistant primer befor painting coat;

4.The thickness of one layer should be less than 1mm to prevent crack and pell off.

SHELFLIFE

Store in unopened bags in an elevated cool dry place. The shelf life is one year under normal storage and transportation condition.
